As a company, we offer development programmes for pub-based employees at all levels, combining on-the-job training with off-the-job training courses, some of which lead to nationally recognised qualifications. We also support the Wethercentre (our head office) employees through off-the-job training courses, personal development plans, the appraisal process and professional development.
