Are you looking for a viable alternative to sixth form, college or university; want to continue to study, but gain valuable work experience? Then, the J D Wetherspoon apprenticeship programme is for you.

We are offering you the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification, while at work, gaining valuable skills such as team-building, hospitality skills, communication and application of number.

So, in simple terms, we will equip you with all of the skills to complete your job and more.

All level-2 apprenticeships are equal to five GCSE grades A*–C and are delivered in partnership with our training provider Elmfield Training, through on-the-job training, one-to-one tuition, off-the-job courses and e-learning. This should take you around 12 months to complete, but, at JDW, we know that you are an individual, so this is dependent on you.

Whether you have a passion for customer service, want to become a barista or want to work in one of our kitchens, we have a range of level-2 apprenticeships to suit you.

All work is assessed on the job, while working through your JDW training programme. All qualifications are offered to you at no cost, completely free. You will gain valuable transferable skills which will help you to achieve your full potential.
