The job...
As a shift manager, you will be responsible for supporting the pub manager in the day-to-day running of the pub.
Your number-one priority will be making sure that our customers leave happy and want to return! This is achieved by ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service, from you and the team. You`ll also have a big part to play in maintaining the high standards of the pub, by ensuring, at all times, that it is in tip-top condition (that`s cleanliness and maintenance).
Of course, there`s a great deal more that you`ll be expected to do, such as training and supporting the team, dealing with office administration, managing cash, controlling stock and receiving deliveries, among many other things. Don`t worry, though, since we`re just as passionate about our people: as long as you have the drive and commitment, we will train you, on every aspect of the job, through our award-winning training programme.
