Wetherspoon is the leading pub company in the UK, in terms of customer satisfaction.
The company was listed 11th in a survey of 5,500 people (carried out by Nunwood, customer experience specialists), asked to rate 170 brands across nine industry sectors.
Not only was Wetherspoon the highest-placed pub company in the list, but it was also the only pub company featured in the top 100.
