- Competitive salaries – from £17,681 for shift managers and £18,768 for kitchen managersAdditional £3,900 London and location weighting allowance, if placed in certain pubs within the M25.
- Promotional salary increasesOn completion and sign-off of each module of the training programme, your salary will increase as follows:
Module 1 – by £257
Module 2 – by £512
Module 3 – by £1,025 - Bonus scheme – earn up to 25% of your basic salaryPaid monthly, you can earn up to 25% of your basic salary in bonuses, based on pub profit, sales, stocks and outcomes of mystery visits.
- 28 days’ holidayYou’ll be entitled to 28 days’ holiday per annum, pro rata, for part-time employees.

- Loyalty reward schemeAs a reward for loyalty, the following leave is paid to all employees who have completed the following complete years’ continuous service.
